Red Tail Hawk Release `

A red-tailed Hawk, severely affected by the drought, was brought to us by Edward and Rupert Encinas, councilmen of the Tohono O'odham Nation.

She was one of the most beautiful and feisty red-tails we have ever seen. The nation released her at a special ceremony and honored our center for its part. We were humbled as the hawk flew into the distance.
